Once you give the green light, we get your new worker ready to go. We'll handle the final details, including any company-specific inductions and fitting them with any required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like steel-capped boots or hi-vis vests. Can anyone work for Quantum Staffing Solutions?
Yes, so long as you are a NZ Citizen, have New Zealand Citizenship, or have a working holiday visa. You must have an NZ IRD number and a New Zealand bank account.
Will I need to be drug tested?
Yes. Very occasionally a client will not require a drug test for a specific role, but in the interests of providing a safe work environment, this is standard practice in New Zealand.
Do I need to provide my own boots and Personal Protective Equipment?
We will provide you with steel-capped boots, a hi-vis vest and other safety equipment when it is required. You are welcome to use your own if you prefer.
How often do I get paid?
All candidates will be paid weekly, on a Friday. All PAYE will be deducted automatically for you and any KiwiSaver deductions will be made if you are a member. All wages must be paid into a NZ Bank account.
